📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. SENTRICK™ ships from our fulfillment centers in Texas, USA and partner warehouses in the EU and UAE.

SENTRICK™ uses Stripe to process payments in 135+ currencies. Your card will be charged in your local currency at the current exchange rate. No hidden conversion fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. SENTRICK™ cannot predict or control these charges.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
SENTRICK™ offers a 30-day return policy for all international orders. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
📍 Tracking Your Order
All orders include real-time tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of shipment. Track your order at any time through your SENTRICK™ account dashboard or via the carrier's website.
⚡ Subscription Plans
SENTRICK™ hardware devices require an active subscription plan for GPS tracking features. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually and can be managed through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.
