At SENTRICK™, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Return Policy Overview

SENTRICK™ by Anima Technology™ offers a 30-day return policy on all hardware products purchased directly from sentrickapp.com or our authorized resellers. This policy applies to all SENTRICK™ devices including wearables, trackers, and IoT sensors.

The 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted unless covered under our warranty policy.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging (box, accessories, manuals, cables)
  • In the same condition as received — undamaged and unmodified
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not activated with a SIM card for more than 30 days
  • Free from physical damage, water damage, or tampering

3. How to Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] or [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the device in its original packaging. Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and any promotional items that came with the product. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package
Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SENTRICK™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within the 30-day return window. If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different model, please contact us at [email protected].

For exchanges due to size, color, or model preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SENTRICK™ will cover shipping for the replacement item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software licenses and digital subscriptions (once activated)
  • SIM cards and cellular data plans (once activated)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Opened consumable accessories (batteries, adhesive mounts)

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or our error. In such cases, SENTRICK™ will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50. SENTRICK™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Warranty Claims

All SENTRICK™ hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

Warranty claims are separate from our 30-day return policy. If your device develops a defect after the 30-day return window but within the 1-year warranty period, please contact our support team for warranty service.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, water damage beyond the device's rated IP rating, or normal wear and tear.
