Order Processing Time

  • All SENTRICK™ hardware orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (product launches, holidays), processing may extend to 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email if your order is affected.
  • Digital subscriptions and app activations are delivered instantly upon purchase confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — carrier selection is based on destination and service level.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International, or USPS Priority Mail International.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. You can also track your order in real time through your SENTRICK™ account dashboard.
  • Signature confirmation is required for all orders over $150 USD.

International Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • SENTRICK™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery times do not include customs processing time.
  • All shipments are declared at full commercial value in compliance with U.S. export regulations and international trade law.
  • For GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), SENTRICK™ complies with all applicable import regulations and CE/FCC certification requirements.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages early. Then contact your local post office or carrier.
  • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim and send a replacement at no charge.
  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 7 days. Do not discard the original packaging.
  • SENTRICK™ is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend enabling signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Pre-Order Shipping

  • SENTRICK™ products are currently in the pre-order phase. Pre-orders will ship in the order they were received, starting with the earliest order dates.
  • Estimated ship date for pre-orders: Q3 2026 (July–September 2026). You will receive an email notification 7 days before your order ships.
  • Pre-order customers receive priority shipping at no additional cost — your device will ship via Express service at the Standard rate you paid.
  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. See our Return Policy for details.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, address changes cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
  • SENTRICK™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
  • P.O. Box addresses are accepted for USPS shipments only. Express and overnight services require a physical street address.
