How the Family Alert System Works
Set Up the Family App
Download the SENTRICK app and add family members as designated contacts. Configure which alerts each contact receives.
Assign a Device
Each family member wears or carries their SENTRICK device. The app shows all devices on a shared map.
Receive Notifications
When an SOS is pressed, a safe zone is crossed, or unusual motion is detected, designated contacts receive an immediate notification.
Respond as Appropriate
Contacts view the GPS location, initiate a two-way call, and decide whether to respond in person or contact emergency services.

Does SENTRICK guarantee the safety of my family?
No. SENTRICK devices are notification and location-sharing tools. They send alerts to designated contacts — they do not prevent accidents, crimes, or medical emergencies, and they are not a substitute for emergency services. Always call 911 or your local emergency number in an emergency.
What happens if a family member is in an area with no cellular or GPS signal?
SENTRICK devices require cellular network coverage and GPS signal to function. In areas with poor or no coverage, location updates and alerts may be delayed or unavailable. SENTRICK is not liable for missed alerts due to network or signal limitations.
Can SENTRICK replace emergency services?
No. SENTRICK devices notify designated family contacts — they do not contact emergency services automatically. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number directly.
How many family members can I monitor on one account?

Is the location data shared with third parties?

What is the battery life of SENTRICK wearables?
Battery life varies by device and usage. SENTRICK KID™ and SENTRICK CARE™ provide up to 5 days of battery life under typical use. Frequent GPS polling and active calls will reduce battery life.
