This Privacy Policy is built on a foundation of trust. Anima Technology™: Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC collects location and sensor data for one purpose only: to protect the people, animals, and assets entrusted to our platform. We are committed to the safety of children, the elderly, epilepsy and seizure patients, individuals with special needs and visual impairments, animals including dogs, cats, horses, and falcons, schools and public campuses, private and public property, and local communities across the United States of America and all countries worldwide.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share location information with third parties for commercial purposes. Every data point we collect exists to serve the safety of a human being, the security of a family, the welfare of an animal, or the protection of a community.
We collect information to provide better services to our users. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

A. Celebrity and High-Profile User Clause
- Sentrick provides an "Incognito Mode" for celebrities and high-profile users.
- Anima Technology™, LLC is not liable for any privacy breaches if the user shares their tracking credentials with unauthorized third parties.
B. Animal Tracking (Camels, Horses, Pets)
- The owner is responsible for the correct placement of the Sentrick Core™ around the animal's neck.
- Anima Technology™ is not responsible for any skin irritation or injury caused by improper strap adjustment.
- Regional Note: Users in the Middle East and Africa must comply with local livestock tracking regulations.
C. Property Tracking (Safes, Cars, Bags)
- The Vibration Sensor (relying on MPU-6050) is an assistive tool.
- The "Theft Alert" requires a stable Wi-Fi/Cellular connection for the ESP32 to send notifications.
- Anima Technology™ does not guarantee the recovery of stolen property but provides the data to assist law enforcement.
D. Automated Localization
The app will automatically adapt its language and legal disclaimers based on the user's GPS location to ensure compliance with local laws globally.
E. Children's Privacy & Parental Consent (COPPA)
COPPA Notice: Anima Technology™, LLC complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. SENTRICK KID™, SENTRICK CARE™, SENTRICK CALM™, SENTRICK ABLE™, SENTRICK MIND™, and SENTRICK CAMPUS™ devices are designed to assist in the monitoring of minors and individuals with special needs. Activation of these devices requires verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before any personal data — including GPS location, biometric readings, or camera imagery — is collected or processed.
Before activating any child-targeted device, the parent or legal guardian must complete an email-verified consent flow within the SENTRICK app. This consent is logged, timestamped, and stored securely.
We collect only the minimum data necessary for safety functionality: real-time GPS location, motion/fall detection, heart rate (where applicable), and SOS alerts. No behavioral profiling, advertising tracking, or sale of children's data is performed.
Parents and legal guardians may, at any time: (1) review all data collected about their child; (2) request correction or deletion of that data; (3) revoke consent and deactivate the device — all through the app's Settings > Child Privacy panel or by emailing [email protected].
During an active SOS/Red Alert, location and camera data may be shared with emergency services (911, local law enforcement) as pre-authorized by the parent during the consent flow. This disclosure is strictly limited to emergency response.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose children's personal data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes under any circumstances.
Deployment of SENTRICK devices in schools or institutions requires a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the institution, which must obtain parental consent from each child's guardian before deployment.
By completing the in-app parental consent verification, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, that you have read and understood this Children's Privacy Policy, and that you consent to the collection, use, and limited disclosure of your child's personal data as described herein. This consent is recorded and may be revoked at any time.
F. GDPR — EU & UK Data Subject Rights
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) grants you specific rights regarding your personal data. Anima Technology™, LLC acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through the SENTRICK platform.
You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
You may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority (DPA).
Legal Basis for Processing: We process personal data under the following lawful bases: (1) Performance of a Contract — to provide the SENTRICK tracking service; (2) Legitimate Interests — for fraud prevention, security, and service improvement; (3) Consent — for marketing communications and children's data; (4) Legal Obligation — where required by applicable law.
International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V. G. Data Retention & Deletion
To request immediate deletion of your data or your child's data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered account email. We will process your request within 30 days as required by applicable law.
