THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR, AND DO NOT REPLACE, ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MEDICAL CARE, EMERGENCY SERVICES, LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY SERVICES, VETERINARY CARE, OR ANY OTHER LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. By accessing or using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: 1. Anima Technology™ is solely a technology provider offering sensor-based monitoring assistance. The Company does not provide medical, security, legal, or emergency response services of any kind. 2. The Company bears NO legal obligation, duty of care, or liability to protect, defend, rescue, or intervene on behalf of any person, animal, or property monitored through the SENTRICK™ platform. 3. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 4. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THESE DEVICES ARE EXPRESSLY NOT MEDICAL DEVICES AND HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED, CLEARED, OR AUTHORIZED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA), THE EUROPEAN MEDICINES AGENCY (EMA), OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY IN ANY JURISDICTION. SENTRICK KID™, SENTRICK SCHOLAR™, SENTRICK HALL™, and all SENTRICK™ products for use with minors are assistive monitoring tools designed to SUPPORT — NOT REPLACE — direct parental supervision. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: 1. PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED: SENTRICK™ child-safety devices are supplemental monitoring aids only. They do not eliminate the need for direct, in-person supervision by a responsible adult. Anima Technology™ is NOT responsible for the safety, welfare, or whereabouts of any child at any time. 2. NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY: The use of a SENTRICK™ device does not guarantee the physical safety of a child. GPS signal loss, device malfunction, or battery depletion may result in monitoring gaps. Parents must maintain alternative safety measures at all times. 3. PARENTAL CONSENT & COPPA COMPLIANCE: By activating a SENTRICK™ device for a minor under the age of 13, the activating user represents and warrants that they are the legal parent or guardian of the child, and provides explicit consent for the collection of location and activity data solely for safety and emergency alert purposes. No child's personal data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Parents retain the right to review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time through the SENTRICK™ app settings. 4. EMERGENCY RESPONSE: In any situation involving a child's safety, contact local law enforcement or emergency services (911 in the US) IMMEDIATELY. Do not rely solely on SENTRICK™ alerts. 5. LIABILITY LIMITATION: Anima Technology™ bears NO legal liability for any harm, injury, abduction, or adverse event involving a child, regardless of whether a SENTRICK™ device was in use at the time of the incident.

SENTRICK CARE™, SENTRICK PULSE™, SENTRICK ABLE™, SENTRICK CALM™, SENTRICK MIND™, SENTRICK VISION™, SENTRICK GUIDE™, and all related products designed for elderly individuals, patients with Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder, cognitive impairments, physical disabilities, or visual impairments are ASSISTIVE MONITORING TOOLS ONLY. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT MEDICAL DEVICES AND DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE, THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION, OR CLINICAL MONITORING. They are NOT security services, bodyguard services, or law enforcement substitutes. Anima Technology™ is NOT a licensed security company, private investigation firm, or law enforcement agency. The Company does NOT: • Provide physical security personnel, bodyguards, or protective escorts. • Guarantee the prevention of assault, kidnapping, robbery, or any criminal act. • Coordinate directly with law enforcement or emergency services on behalf of users. • Monitor user safety in real-time through human operators. Anima Technology™ expressly disclaims all liability for any personal injury, assault, kidnapping, death, or security incident occurring while a SENTRICK™ device is in use. The user assumes full responsibility for their personal security and safety.

SENTRICK AUTO™, SENTRICK FLEET™, SENTRICK MOTO™, SENTRICK BIKE™, SENTRICK MARINE™, SENTRICK VAULT™, SENTRICK SHIELD™, SENTRICK CARGO™, SENTRICK CONTAINER™, SENTRICK CHAIN™, and all property and vehicle tracking products are theft-deterrent and recovery assistance tools ONLY. Anima Technology™ does NOT guarantee: • The recovery of any stolen vehicle, vessel, aircraft, cargo, safe, bag, or asset. • Uninterrupted tracking in the event of device tampering, GPS jamming, signal blocking, or battery depletion. • The accuracy of vibration-based or motion-based theft alerts in all environments. • Real-time tracking in underground locations or signal-obstructed environments. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR: • Any financial loss resulting from theft, damage, or loss of any tracked property or asset. • Any failure to recover stolen property due to GPS signal loss or device malfunction. • Any property damage, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from reliance on SENTRICK™ tracking data. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all tracked assets and to report any theft or criminal activity to local law enforcement immediately.

SENTRICK PET™, SENTRICK CAT™, SENTRICK MICRO™, SENTRICK FALCON™, SENTRICK EQUINE™, SENTRICK LIVESTOCK™, and all animal tracking products are designed to assist in monitoring the location and activity of animals. They are NOT veterinary devices and do NOT provide veterinary care or medical intervention for animals. Anima Technology™ is NOT responsible for: • Any injury, illness, discomfort, allergic reaction, or death of any animal resulting from device use or improper placement. • The loss, escape, or death of any animal tracked using a SENTRICK™ device. • Failure to locate an animal due to GPS signal loss, device damage, or battery depletion. • Any violation of local animal welfare laws, livestock tracking regulations, or wildlife protection statutes. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for: • Ensuring devices are fitted correctly and humanely in accordance with veterinary guidance. • Complying with all applicable local, national, and international animal welfare laws. • Seeking immediate veterinary care in the event of any animal health emergency. Users in the Middle East, Africa, and GCC countries must ensure full compliance with local livestock tracking, falcon ownership, and animal welfare regulations. The use of SENTRICK FALCON™ must comply with all applicable falconry licensing requirements.

SENTRICK FARM™, SENTRICK FIELD™, SENTRICK FACTORY™, SENTRICK PLANT™, SENTRICK FORGE™, SENTRICK CAMPUS™, SENTRICK SCHOOL™, SENTRICK CIVIC™, SENTRICK TOWER™, SENTRICK HQ™, SENTRICK HOSPITAL™, and all infrastructure monitoring products are ASSISTIVE SENSOR AND MONITORING TOOLS ONLY. These products are NOT: • Safety-critical systems certified for use in hazardous industrial environments (ATEX, IECEx, or equivalent). • Replacements for mandatory occupational health and safety (OHS) systems, fire suppression systems, or emergency evacuation systems. • Substitutes for licensed security systems, access control systems, or building management systems. • Medical monitoring systems for use in clinical healthcare environments. OPERATORS OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE must maintain all legally required safety systems, certifications, and emergency response protocols independently of SENTRICK™ monitoring tools. SENTRICK™ data should be used as a supplemental awareness layer only.

SENTRICK ELLE™, SENTRICK CHIC™, SENTRICK CLUTCH™, SENTRICK VOYAGE™, SENTRICK PACK™, SENTRICK CARRY™, SENTRICK EXEC™, SENTRICK BRIEF™, SENTRICK LAPTOP™, and all smart bag and lifestyle tracking products are location-assistance tools designed to help users locate their belongings. Anima Technology™ does NOT guarantee: • The recovery of any lost or stolen bag, luggage, or personal item. • Continuous tracking in areas with poor cellular coverage, underground locations, or signal-blocked environments (e.g., aircraft cargo holds, metal containers, underground storage). • The accuracy of location data in all environments. Anima Technology™ shall NOT be liable for any financial loss, theft, damage to contents, or personal loss resulting from the failure of any SENTRICK™ bag tracking device to locate a missing item. Users are encouraged to maintain travel insurance and report any theft to local authorities and transport carriers immediately.

ALL SENTRICK™ tracking devices rely on a combination of GPS, cellular network triangulation, Wi-Fi positioning, and Bluetooth signals to determine location. Anima Technology™ does NOT guarantee: • 100% GPS accuracy at all times or in all locations. • Real-time tracking without latency in all network conditions. • Continuous tracking in underground locations, dense urban canyons, heavily forested areas, or regions with poor cellular infrastructure. • Immunity to GPS signal jamming, spoofing, or interference. KNOWN LIMITATIONS: • GPS accuracy may vary from 3 to 50+ meters depending on environmental conditions. • Indoor tracking accuracy is significantly reduced and may be unreliable. • Battery-saving modes reduce location update frequency. • Network outages or server maintenance may cause temporary tracking gaps. GPS and location data provided by SENTRICK™ devices should be used as ASSISTIVE INFORMATION ONLY and must not be used as the sole means of locating any person, animal, or property in a safety-critical situation. Always contact local emergency services in life-threatening situations.

The use of GPS tracking devices, cameras, microphones, and monitoring sensors is subject to federal, state, and local laws that vary significantly by jurisdiction. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER to ensure that their use of any SENTRICK™ device fully complies with all applicable laws in their country, state, province, or region, including but not limited to: • Privacy laws and wiretapping statutes (e.g., Electronic Communications Privacy Act, GDPR, CCPA). • Surveillance and monitoring laws. • Vehicle tracking laws (some jurisdictions prohibit tracking vehicles without the owner's consent). • Workplace monitoring laws. • Children's privacy laws (COPPA in the US, GDPR Article 8 in the EU). • Animal welfare and livestock tracking regulations. PROHIBITED USES: SENTRICK™ devices must NOT be used to: • Track any individual without their knowledge and consent (except for minors by their legal guardian). • Conduct illegal surveillance, stalking, or harassment. • Violate any applicable privacy, wiretapping, or surveillance laws. Anima Technology™ expressly disclaims all liability for any legal violation, fine, penalty, or criminal prosecution resulting from the user's non-compliant use of SENTRICK™ devices. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ IS NOT AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY DISPATCH, MONITORING CENTER SERVICES, OR REAL-TIME HUMAN MONITORING OF ANY KIND. The SENTRICK™ platform provides automated alerts, notifications, and location data to designated contacts and users. However: • SENTRICK™ alerts are NOT monitored by human operators 24/7. • The Company does NOT dispatch emergency services, law enforcement, or medical personnel. • Alert delivery depends on internet connectivity, cellular network availability, and device battery life, and is NOT guaranteed. • There may be delays in alert delivery due to network conditions, server load, or device limitations. Anima Technology™ is NOT responsible for: • The availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party service. • Any data loss, breach, or unauthorized access occurring through third-party systems. • Any service interruption or degradation caused by third-party providers. • Changes to third-party APIs, pricing, or terms of service that may affect SENTRICK™ functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Anima Technology™ makes no representations or warranties regarding the practices of any third-party service provider.

SENTRICK™ products are designed for global use. However, the importation, sale, and use of GPS tracking devices, radio frequency (RF) devices, and monitoring equipment is subject to regulatory requirements that vary by country. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER OR IMPORTER to: • Obtain all required import permits, certifications, and regulatory approvals for their jurisdiction. • Ensure that SENTRICK™ devices comply with local RF regulations (FCC in the US, CE in the EU, CITC in Saudi Arabia, TRA in UAE, etc.). • Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in their jurisdiction. • Ensure that the use of tracking devices complies with local surveillance and privacy laws. Anima Technology™ makes no representation that the SENTRICK™ products are appropriate or legally permitted for use in all countries. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for any regulatory violation, customs seizure, fine, or legal action resulting from the importation or use of SENTRICK™ devices outside the United States. EXPORT CONTROLS: SENTRICK™ products are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

THE SENTRICK™ PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED DEVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. • The results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements. • Any defects in the Services will be corrected. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anima Technology™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: • Your violation of these Terms or this Disclaimer. • Your use or misuse of the SENTRICK™ platform or devices. • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. • Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Services.
