SENTRICK is a safety and protection platform developed by Anima Technology™: Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC. The technology, software, hardware, and services provided are designed to serve the protection of human life, animal welfare, and the security of property and communities. Anima Technology™ is committed to the safety of children, the elderly, epilepsy and seizure patients, individuals with special needs and visual impairments, animals including dogs, cats, horses, and falcons, schools and public campuses, private and public property, and local communities across the United States of America and all countries worldwide.
Any use of this platform for purposes inconsistent with these values — including unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or invasion of privacy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service and applicable law.
By purchasing, installing, or using the Sentrick Smart Capsule (the "Product") and the Sentrick Mobile Application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product or App.

By purchasing, installing, or using the Sentrick Smart Capsule (the "Product") and the Sentrick Mobile Application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product or App.
2. Description of Service
Sentrick provides tracking and bio-sensor monitoring solutions for humans (children, seniors, etc.), animals, and property. The service includes hardware sensors, GPS tracking, and real-time alerts.
3. General Wellness & Safety Disclaimer
🚨 IMPORTANT: The Sentrick Smart Capsule and its bio-sensors (heart rate, fall detection, etc.) are general-purpose safety and awareness tools only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
- Sentrick is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- In the event of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately (911 or equivalent).
4. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of Sentrick involves the collection of sensitive location and biological data.
- You grant Anima Technology™, LLC the right to process this data to provide the tracking services.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individual (or legal guardian) being tracked by the device.
5. Subscription and Payments
Access to real-time tracking requires a paid subscription (e.g., Basic Shield, Life & Bio, Sentrick Care™).
Payments of $0.99, $4.99, or $9.99 (as applicable) will be charged monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
6. User Responsibilities & Safety
- Device Maintenance: You are responsible for ensuring the device is charged and has a functional network connection.
- Property/Animal Tracking: Sentrick is a theft-deterrent tool, not a guarantee of recovery. Anima Technology™ is not liable for stolen vehicles, property, or lost animals.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of life or injury resulting from device failure.
- Failure of GPS accuracy or network connectivity.
- Unauthorized access to your account data.
8. International Use & Localization
The App provides automated localization. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the use of tracking devices complies with the local laws of your country or region.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Parental Consent & Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Anima Technology™, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use the Sentrick Smart Capsule and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Verification: By activating a Sentrick device for a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child.
- Data Collection: We collect real-time location and biological data (heart rate/motion) solely for safety and emergency alerts.
- Parental Control: You have the right to review, delete, or stop the collection of your child's data at any time through the App settings.
- Emergency Access: During a "Red Alert," location and camera data may be shared with emergency services as pre-authorized by you.
- Third-Party Disclosure: We do not share your child's personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
By activating a Sentrick device for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian and I consent to the collection and use of my child's data as described above.
