Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SENTRICK™ platform — including the website at sentrickapp.com, mobile applications, hardware devices, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Anima Technology Sensor & Training Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

SENTRICK™ is a Behavioral Safety Intelligence Platform (BSIP™) that combines IoT wearable hardware, real-time GPS tracking, AI-powered behavioral analysis, and cloud-connected safety alerts. The Service enables users to monitor the location, behavior, and safety status of connected devices assigned to people, pets, vehicles, and assets.

Key capabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Real-time GPS location tracking via SENTRICK™ devices

• BSIP™ 5-Color Safety Status classification (SAFE, CAUTION, ALERT, DANGER, SOS)

• Geofencing, route history, and behavioral anomaly detection

• Emergency SOS alerts with 30-second response notifications via SMS (Twilio) and push

• AI-powered safety insights via the Anima AI engine

• Fleet management and multi-device dashboards

• Child, elderly, pet, vehicle, and asset protection profiles

SENTRICK™ IS NOT AN OFFICIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CALLING 911 (USA) OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER. IN A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CONTACT OFFICIAL EMERGENCY SERVICES DIRECTLY.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

• You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

• You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at alan@sentrickapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Account sharing with unauthorized parties is prohibited.

Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans include SOLO, FAMILY, BUSINESS, and ENTERPRISE tiers. Pricing is available at sentrickapp.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time with notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods.

Free Trial

If you receive a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

Refunds

All sales are final. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or billing error. Contact alan@sentrickapp.com within 14 days of a charge to request a review.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to track any individual without their knowledge and consent (or, for minors, without parental/guardian authorization).

• Use the Service for stalking, harassment, surveillance, or any illegal purpose.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or devices.

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

SENTRICK™ IS A SUPPLEMENTAL SAFETY MONITORING TOOL AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE, MEDICAL DEVICE, OR EMERGENCY DISPATCH SERVICE.

• The Service does not guarantee real-time response by any emergency services.

• The Service should not be used as a sole means of protection in a life-threatening situation.

• SOS alerts generated by the Service notify designated contacts — not 911 or official emergency services.

• GPS accuracy depends on satellite availability, network connectivity, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee accuracy.

• In any emergency, you must contact your local emergency services (911 in the USA) directly.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE LIMITATIONS.

All content, features, functionality, software, design, graphics, and technology of the Service are owned by Anima Technology Sensor & Training Solutions LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

• **SENTRICK™** is a trademark of Anima Technology Sensor & Training Solutions LLC.

• **BSIP™ (Behavioral Safety Intelligence Protocol)** is a patent-pending technology owned by Anima Technology Sensor & Training Solutions LLC.

• **Anima AI™** engine and all associated AI models, training data, and algorithms are proprietary to the Company.

• The 5-Color Safety Status System as implemented in BSIP™ is protected by Patent Pending status in the United States.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at sentrickapp.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data as described therein.

You represent and warrant that any personal data you submit about third parties (including Child Profiles) has been collected and shared with us lawfully, with appropriate consent or authorization.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

• GPS LOCATION DATA WILL BE ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES

• AI-GENERATED SAFETY ALERTS WILL BE FREE FROM FALSE POSITIVES OR FALSE NEGATIVES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANIMA TECHNOLOGY SENSOR & TRAINING SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting alan@sentrickapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Fail to pay applicable fees

• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

For users in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply and shall not be affected by this clause.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, sending an email notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the date of the latest revision.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
