End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("End User," "you," or "your") and Anima Technology™: Sensors & Tracking Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (UEI: Y498RJT1ANC5 | PIC: 864291244) ("Anima Technology™," "Licensor," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the SENTRICK™ mobile application (iOS and Android), the SENTRICK™ web platform at sentrickapp.com, all associated hardware devices, firmware, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). BY INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING ANY SENTRICK™ PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA IN ITS ENTIRETY, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL PROVISIONS HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS EULA, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF ALL SENTRICK™ PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND CONTACT [email protected] TO ARRANGE A RETURN. This EULA is effective as of April 27, 2026, and supersedes all prior versions.

Subject to your full compliance with this EULA, Anima Technology™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to: • Install and use the SENTRICK™ mobile application on devices you own or control. • Access the SENTRICK™ web platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. • Use SENTRICK™ hardware devices in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable laws. This license expressly DOES NOT include the right to: • Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App or any content therein. • Use the Services on behalf of any third party without prior written authorization. • Access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools). • Use the Services for any commercial fleet management, institutional monitoring, or enterprise deployment without a separate B2B agreement with Anima Technology™.

The SENTRICK™ platform, App, all hardware devices, firmware, software, content, features, and functionality — including all information, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive intellectual property of Alan Al-Jbouri and Anima Technology™: Sensors & Tracking Solutions, LLC, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. SENTRICK™, ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™, and all associated product names (SENTRICK KID™, SENTRICK CARE™, SENTRICK GUARD™IAN, SENTRICK FALCON™, SENTRICK SHIELD™, and all other SENTRICK™ product names) are trademarks of Anima Technology™: Sensors & Tracking Solutions, LLC. You may not use any SENTRICK™ trademark, logo, or trade name without prior written consent. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Anima Technology™.

You expressly agree NOT to use the SENTRICK™ Services to: • Track, monitor, surveil, or collect data on any individual without their explicit informed consent (or the consent of their legal guardian if a minor). • Engage in stalking, harassment, intimidation, or any form of illegal surveillance. • Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including privacy laws, wiretapping statutes, and surveillance laws. • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or firmware. • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices. • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any connected systems. • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Services. • Use the Services as a substitute for medical monitoring, emergency response, or professional security services. • Export or re-export the Services in violation of U.S. export control laws (EAR). Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

Access to real-time tracking and premium features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing (subject to change with 30 days' notice): PERSONAL PLANS: • SENTRICK KID™: $49.99 device + $6.99/month or $69.99/year • SENTRICK CARE™: $69.99 device + $9.99/month or $99.99/year • SENTRICK GUARD™IAN: $199.99 device + $19.99/month or $199.99/year • SENTRICK PET™ / CAT™: $14.99–$24.99 device + $3.99–$4.99/month • SENTRICK FALCON™: $129.99 device + $14.99/month • SENTRICK AUTO™ / FLEET™: $39.99–$79.99 device + $6.99–$9.99/month • SENTRICK SHIELD™ (WALLET™, CARD GUARD™, CLIP™): $19.99–$39.99 device + $2.99/month SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You may cancel at any time through the App settings or your device's app store account settings. • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law. • Anima Technology™ reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Purchase of any SENTRICK™ hardware device grants you a limited license to use the device in accordance with its intended purpose and this EULA. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property embedded in the hardware, firmware, or associated software. HARDWARE WARRANTY: • SENTRICK™ devices are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. • This warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage beyond the device's rated IP rating, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. • To claim warranty service, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase. HARDWARE RESTRICTIONS — You may not: • Modify, reverse engineer, tamper with, or open the hardware or firmware. • Use the device in a manner that violates local laws or regulations. • Resell or redistribute the device without prior written authorization from Anima Technology™. ALL HARDWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" BEYOND THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE — THIS SECTION IS BINDING: ALL SENTRICK™ DEVICES AND SERVICES ARE ASSISTIVE MONITORING TOOLS ONLY. THEY ARE NOT MEDICAL DEVICES, EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES, OR PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SERVICES. By using any SENTRICK™ product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: 1. SENTRICK™ devices have NOT been approved, cleared, or authorized by the FDA, EMA, or any medical regulatory authority. 2. SENTRICK™ bio-sensor readings (heart rate, fall detection, motion) are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or monitor any medical condition. 3. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ IS NOT AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE. SENTRICK™ alerts are NOT monitored by human operators 24/7. The Company does NOT dispatch emergency services. 4. Alert delivery depends on internet connectivity, cellular network availability, and device battery life, and is NOT guaranteed. 5. In any emergency, you must contact local emergency services immediately (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, 999 in the UAE). 6. Anima Technology™ bears NO legal obligation, duty of care, or liability to protect, defend, rescue, or intervene on behalf of any person, animal, or property monitored through the SENTRICK™ platform. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR ADVERSE OUTCOME ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SENTRICK™ DATA OR ALERTS.

Anima Technology™ is committed to protecting the privacy of children. The SENTRICK™ platform complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy laws. PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIREMENTS: By activating any SENTRICK™ device for a minor under the age of 13, the activating user represents and warrants that: 1. They are the legal parent or guardian of the minor for whom the device is being activated. 2. They provide explicit consent for the collection of real-time location data and activity data solely for safety and emergency alert purposes. 3. They understand that during a Red Alert™, location data may be shared with emergency services as pre-authorized. 4. They have the right to review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time via App Settings → Privacy → Children's Data. DATA PRACTICES FOR MINORS: • No child's personal data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes. • Location data for minors is encrypted in transit and at rest. • Parental consent records are retained for the duration of the account. Your use of the SENTRICK™ Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at sentrickapp.com/privacy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including: • Real-time GPS location data of tracked devices. • Device health and sensor data (heart rate, motion, battery level). • Account information (name, email, payment information). • Usage analytics and app performance data. DATA SECURITY: Anima Technology™ implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and Anima Technology™ cannot guarantee absolute security. DATA RETENTION: Location history is retained for up to 30 days for standard plans and 90 days for premium plans. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The use of GPS tracking devices and monitoring sensors is subject to federal, state, and local laws that vary significantly by jurisdiction. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that your use of any SENTRICK™ device fully complies with all applicable laws, including: • Privacy laws and wiretapping statutes (Electronic Communications Privacy Act, GDPR, CCPA). • Vehicle tracking laws (some jurisdictions prohibit tracking vehicles without owner consent). • Workplace monitoring laws. • Children's privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR Article 8). • Animal welfare and livestock tracking regulations. PROHIBITED SURVEILLANCE: SENTRICK™ devices must NOT be used to track any individual without their knowledge and consent (except for minors by their legal guardian), or to conduct illegal surveillance, stalking, or harassment. Anima Technology™ expressly disclaims all liability for any legal violation, fine, penalty, or criminal prosecution resulting from your non-compliant use of SENTRICK™ devices. Consult a qualified legal professional before deploying SENTRICK™ devices in any jurisdiction.

Anima Technology™ does NOT guarantee: • 100% GPS accuracy at all times or in all locations (accuracy may vary from 3 to 50+ meters). • Real-time tracking without latency in all network conditions. • Continuous tracking in underground locations, dense urban canyons, or regions with poor cellular infrastructure. • Immunity to GPS signal jamming, spoofing, or interference. • Alert delivery in the event of network outages, server maintenance, or device battery depletion. GPS and location data provided by SENTRICK™ devices should be used as ASSISTIVE INFORMATION ONLY and must not be used as the sole means of locating any person, animal, or property in a safety-critical situation.

The SENTRICK™ platform integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, Stripe, cellular network providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. Anima Technology™ is NOT responsible for: • The availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party service. • Any data loss, breach, or unauthorized access occurring through third-party systems. • Any service interruption caused by third-party providers. • Changes to third-party APIs, pricing, or terms of service that may affect SENTRICK™ functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services through the SENTRICK™ platform is at your own risk.

Anima Technology™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features thereof at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via the App or email at least 30 days before they take effect. It is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically for changes. AUTOMATIC UPDATES: The App may automatically download and install updates to improve functionality, security, or compliance. You may not opt out of security-critical updates.

THE SENTRICK™ APP, PLATFORM, AND ALL HARDWARE DEVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. • WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION. • WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. • PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM DEVICE FAILURE OR INACCURATE TRACKING DATA. • LOSS OF LIFE, PROPERTY, OR ANIMALS DUE TO GPS INACCURACY OR CONNECTIVITY FAILURE. • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR TRACKING DATA. • LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anima Technology™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: • Your violation of this EULA or any applicable law or regulation. • Your use or misuse of the SENTRICK™ Services or hardware devices. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights. • Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party. • Your use of SENTRICK™ devices in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Services.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS: 1. INFORMAL RESOLUTION: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact Anima Technology™ at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. 2. BINDING ARBITRATION: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. 3. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™. 4. EXCEPTIONS: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. 5. INTERNATIONAL USERS: If you are located outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of Texas courts for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

TERMINATION BY ANIMA TECHNOLOGY™: Anima Technology™ may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this EULA, engage in prohibited uses, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the App and Services will immediately cease. TERMINATION BY YOU: You may terminate this agreement at any time by: • Deleting the App from all your devices. • Cancelling any active subscriptions through the App or your app store account. • Contacting [email protected] to request account deletion. EFFECT OF TERMINATION: Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately terminate. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 17 shall survive termination of this EULA. DATA UPON TERMINATION: Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anima Technology™ regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. WAIVER: Anima Technology™'s failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign or transfer your rights under this EULA without prior written consent from Anima Technology™. Anima Technology™ may freely assign its rights and obligations under this EULA. FORCE MAJEURE: Anima Technology™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or cyberattacks.
