End User License Agreement

Anima Technology: Sensors & Tracking Solutions, LLC ("Licensor") grants you ("End User") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Sentrick mobile application ("App") solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the App or any content therein.

The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Alan Al-Jbouri, Anima Technology, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. SENTRICK™ is a trademark of Anima Technology: Sensors & Tracking Solutions, LLC. You may not use the SENTRICK name, logo, or any related marks without the prior written consent of Anima Technology.

You may not use the App: • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. • To track, monitor, or surveil any individual without their explicit consent (or the consent of their legal guardian if a minor). • To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material. • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Anima Technology, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity. • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App. • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App or any server, computer, or database connected to the App. • To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. • To remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices embedded in the App.

Access to real-time tracking and premium features requires a paid subscription: • Basic Care: $0.99/month — Essential tracking features • Advanced Care: $4.99/month — Full tracking + alerts • Elite Care: $9.99/month — All features + priority support Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or your device's app store account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Anima Technology reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Purchase of a Sentrick Smart Capsule or any Sentrick hardware device grants you a limited license to use the device in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property embedded in the hardware, firmware, or associated software. You may not: • Modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the hardware or firmware. • Use the device in a manner that violates local laws or regulations. • Resell or redistribute the device without prior written authorization from Anima Technology.

Anima Technology reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features thereof at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via the App or email. It is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically for changes.

THE APP AND ALL SENTRICK HARDWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANIMA TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMA TECHNOLOGY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Personal injury or death resulting from device failure or inaccurate tracking data. • Loss of life, property, or animals due to GPS inaccuracy or connectivity failure. • Unauthorized access to your account or tracking data. • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the App or device in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Anima Technology may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate this agreement by deleting the App from all your devices and cancelling any active subscriptions. Sections 2, 7, 8, and 9 shall survive termination of this EULA.
